본 개인정보 처리방침은 도반교육(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 모바일 애플리케이션 "초중 연산마스터"(이하 "본 앱")에 적용됩니다. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」을 준수합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

필수 수집 항목 (앱 이용 시 자동 생성)

• 닉네임 (이용자가 직접 입력)
• 학년·학습 진도·정답률·풀이 시간 등 학습 기록
• 익명 사용자 ID (Firebase Anonymous Auth UID)
• 기기 정보 (OS 버전, 기기 모델, 언어 설정)
• IP 주소 (서버 접속 시 일시적 수집)
• 인앱 결제 영수증 정보 (Apple App Store / Google Play 발급)

학원 가입 시 추가 수집 (선택)

• 학원 코드, 학원 내 닉네임, 주간 XP, 숙제 완료 여부

자동 수집되지 않는 항목

• 실명, 주민등록번호, 전화번호, 이메일, 주소, 위치 정보

2. 개인정보 수집·이용 목적

• 학습 진도 기록 및 통계 제공
• 학원 운영자(선생님) 대시보드 표시
• 인앱 결제 및 환불 처리
• 부정 이용 방지
• 서비스 개선을 위한 익명 분석

3. 만 14세 미만 어린이 보호

본 앱은 어린이 사용을 대상으로 합니다. 만 14세 미만 어린이가 본 앱을 이용하려면 법정대리인(부모/보호자)의 동의가 필요합니다.

회사는 어린이의 개인정보를 최소한으로 수집하며, 광고 식별자(IDFA/광고 ID)를 수집하지 않습니다. 어린이 개인정보는 일반 이용자보다 더 엄격하게 보호됩니다.

법정대리인은 언제든 자녀의 개인정보 열람·삭제·이용 정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 요청은 아래 연락처로 접수합니다.

4. 개인정보 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

회사는 다음 서비스에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다.

회사는 위 업체 외의 제3자에게 이용자의 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간

• 일반 학습 기록: 회원 탈퇴(앱 삭제) 시 즉시 파기
• 학원 가입 데이터: 학원 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기, 또는 학원 구독 종료 후 1년 보관
• 결제 기록: 「전자상거래법」에 따라 5년간 보관

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자(또는 법정대리인)는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

• 개인정보 열람 요청
• 개인정보 정정·삭제 요청
• 개인정보 처리 정지 요청
• 동의 철회 (앱 삭제 시 자동 처리됨)

요청은 아래 이메일로 보내주시면 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리합니다.

7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

• 모든 통신은 HTTPS(TLS)로 암호화
• Firebase의 보안 규칙(Security Rules)을 통한 접근 제어

• Learning records: grade, progress, accuracy, solving time
• Anonymous user ID (Firebase Anonymous Auth UID)

• In-app purchase receipts (Apple App Store / Google Play)

Additional Data (only if joining an academy)

• Academy code, in-academy nickname, weekly XP, assignment completion status

Data We Do NOT Collect

2. Purpose of Data Use

• Recording study progress and providing statistics
• Displaying teacher dashboards for academy administrators
• Processing in-app purchases and refunds
• Preventing fraudulent use
• Anonymous analytics for service improvement

3. Children's Privacy (Under 14)

The App is designed for children. Children under 14 must obtain parental consent before using the App.

The Company collects minimal data from children and does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/Ad ID). Children's data is protected more strictly than general user data.

Parents/legal guardians may request access, deletion, or suspension of their child's data at any time via the contact below.

4. Third-Party Services

The Company does not share user data with any other third party.

5. Data Retention

• General learning records: Deleted immediately upon app uninstall
• Academy data: Deleted upon leaving the academy, or retained for 1 year after academy subscription ends
• Payment records: Retained for 5 years per Korean e-commerce law

Users (or legal guardians) may at any time:

• Request access to their data
• Request correction or deletion
• Request suspension of processing
• Withdraw consent (automatic upon app deletion)
